Human Activin A protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1:10,000 of Anti-Human Activin A Serum. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent.? Lane 1: MWM; Lane 2: 0.1 ug of rH Activin A protein.
