Human IL-6 protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1:4,000 of Anti-Human IL-6 Serum (RF0044). Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1: MWM; Lane 2: 1 ug of glycosylated isoforms of rH IL-6 produced in an eukaryotic expression system. Lane 3: 0.25 ug of non glycosylated rHuman IL-6 protein produced in a prokaryotic expression system.
